SCALED NUTRITION
Whether you’ve never really dieted before or you’ve tried every supplement, trick, diet, and shake out there, it’s not hard to tell that the world of nutrition is insanely saturated with products, new diets, and endlessly new information.
Before starting Scaled Nutrition, I was lost in all the noise. I’d tried everything, stuck with nothing, and given up way too many times. After two years in CrossFit, a Precision Nutrition Certification, a masterclass with OptimizeMe Nutrition, and a lot of firsthand experience, I can confidently say I’ve learned some things I really like sharing with people.
The main message you’ll hear me preach? If we effectively learn the basics and do them consistently, we really don’t need the next new diet or supplement to reach our fitness and nutrition goals. All we need is a diet consisting of mostly whole, unprocessed foods, some basic macronutrient knowledge, and some relative control over a few lifestyle factors. The problem is that it can be pretty hard to know what some of those things truly are, how to reasonably implement them into our lives, and how to stick with the things we can do long-term.

How do we scale nutrition?

No matter which program you choose (class or coaching), the overall focus will be the same things mentioned above: we will work a lot with mostly whole, unprocessed foods, macronutrients (especially protein!), sleep, and focusing on the things we need to know instead of all the things they want us to buy or fall for.
We start where you are, focus on the changes you can make to get some early wins, and slowly scale up from there.

Coaching Option 1
8-Week Class - Fundamentals of Nutrition

Will meet once a week for 8 weeks at Fellowship Fitness, usually on Saturday mornings. You will learn the fundamentals of how to control your own nutrition long-term and make changes to reach the goals you set for yourself, and we will practice those things together during the course as well! My goal is for you to never have to go back to the world of fad diets and pink drinks.

Good fit for anyone who doesn’t necessarily need accountability, coaching, or long-term support from me, though you’ll certainly get that for the duration of the course! You can take what we learn together and apply it to your life for years to come.
